Terms and Conditions

By booking a rental service with Reel Big Screen & Game Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

We provide outdoor rental equipment including (but not limited to):

• Inflatable movie screens & projectors
   
• Sound systems
   
• Popcorn machines
   
• Backyard and party games
   

All equipment remains the property of Reel Big Screen & Game Rentals.

• A deposit of 1/3 total price is required to secure your booking.
   
• Full payment is due on or before the event date.
   
• Cancellations made 5 days before the event may be refunded; cancellations after that period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   

You agree to:

• Provide a safe, clear space for equipment setup.
   
• Ensure access to adequate power supply (unless prior arrangements are made).
   
• Supervise children and guests during equipment use.
   
• Not use equipment for unlawful, dangerous, or commercial film exhibitions without proper licenses.
   

Customers may not use our services to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal laws.
   
• Display content that promotes hate speech, bullying, violence, or unlawful activity.
   
• Engage in unauthorized promotions, spam, or resale of services.
   

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if these rules are violated.

• The Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from misuse or unsafe behavior during rentals.
   
• Customers are financially responsible for damage, theft, or loss of equipment during their rental period.
   
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to weather, power outages, or unforeseen technical issues.
   

• Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary public performance licenses if movies are shown outside private/home use.
   
• Company branding, logos, and promotional materials may not be copied, altered, or used without our written permission.
   

We may withdraw or cancel services at any time if:

• Unsafe conditions exist at the event site.
   
• Customers fail to comply with these Terms.
   
• Equipment is at risk of damage or misuse.
   

• While we make every effort to provide quality service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of equipment.
   
• Reel Big Screen & Game Rentals is not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, delays, or cancellations outside of our control.
   

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website or provided upon request.
